Health Shield launched a training and development programme focused on improving the internal capabilities of our sales team. We worked closely with Garry from Fab Solutions to carry out an in-depth analysis of our current capabilities and what our desired future state was. Garry ran two sales sessions with my newly formed sales team. Despite being in an industry he didn’t know, Garry ensured that the training was pitched at the right level with some thorough pre training work with me and across two full days we covered a huge array of topics.
