This is an intensive 3-day programme that we run virtually focusing on the Inbound consultative sales process with an options day for outbound sales teams. The programme covers all the key aspects of the Sales process and allows for time to practice with real life examples and scenarios. We help your sales teams build their confidence with a clear and repeatable sales model that works, and is based on identifying needs, adding value and matching the solution to the needs identified to increase close rates and improve performance in your team.

> The Buyer Journey – Stepping into your buyers shoes and influencing stakeholders 

> The Consultative Sales Process – Introducing the 7 steps sales process

> Preparing yourself for No – The Sales Mindset and building resilience

DAY TWO

> Discovery Needs – Effective questioning techniques

> Listening with Intent – Joining up your questions with Active listening techniques

> Play Back and Needs – Joining Needs up with proposition

DAY three

> Differentiating your proposition -Selling the sizzle not the steak

> Handling a no with grace – Pre-framing and reframing objections

> Sealing the deal – Closing the sales and asking for the business with confidence 

> Asking for referral – Generating more business from referrals

DAY four (optional)

> Outbound Sales Process -Using the SPACER Methodology to overcome gatekeepers

> The outbound Sales mindset – Helping you stay motivated with Visualisation techniques
